BREAKS AND MEAL

(Applicable to hourly personnel only)

- Fifteen minutes break between the second and third hour worked,

- One-hour meal break between the fouth and fifth hour worked.

- Half hour meal break permitted

(Considered work-thru with client provided meal)

- Meal penalty charged at .5x prevailing rate.

- Two hours call back after meal break.

OVERTIME - TIME AND A HALF

- After 8 Hours for hourly personnel

- After 10 Hours for day rate personnel

- Between Midnight and Seven A.M. (hourly personnel only)

TURN AROUND

Eight hours turn around time required.

MINIMUM CALLS ANS CANCELLATIONS

- Five hours minimum calls. (hourly personnel)

- Thirty six hours advance cancellation notice is required for all personnel.
